Job Title: Assistant Planner | Planner Location: Bristol or Stanstead The Company: Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a developer who are looking to add an Assistant Planner | Planner to the Bristol or Stanstead office. The Role: As a key member of the Planning Design team you will be responsible for assisting on projects, whilst providing guidance and advice to other team members. Duties: Working closely with the Design and Planning Director, Senior Planning Manager and Planning manager. Assist in the effectiveness of Planning and Design team activities and the management of outside consultants working on planning applications and condition of sign offs. Assist in monitoring S106 obligations Prepare, submit and monitor major planning applicaitonsQualifications and Experience: Town Planning Degree 1+ Years #39; Experience in the Public or Private sectorInterested?
